VIRTUAL EVENT:
The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) will be hosting an Industry Day 13-16 April 2021! The intent of this Industry Week event is to share the Air Force’s anticipated requirements for FY21 through FY23. Some requirements will be new while others are anticipated follow on contract awards. The 11th and 316th Wings are largely looking for contractors with installation support capacities. More specifically the Wings are looking for Industry support and discussion to assist in the enhancement of base logistical operations, base security and Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) and equipment maintenance and upgrade requirements. Additionally, the 11th Wing anticipates requirements such as base-wide Wi-Fi, expansion of School Bus transportation operations, Base Operations Support Services (BOSS) support and several Chaplaincy support services within the next two Fiscal Years.
Industry Week is free of charge and open to all business, small and large. All sessions will be conducted virtually using the Cisco WebEx platform. Each company is allowed a single registration due to capacity limitations.
