At Vision Technologies, we make it simple to get started with benefits. If you are a teammate working 30 or more hours each week, you’re eligible. Full-time salaried teammates enjoy benefits starting the first of the month after their hire date. For full-time hourly teammates, benefits kick in on the very same schedule, beginning the first of the month following your start date.

Our all-purpose Paid Time Off (PTO) policy combines vacation, holiday, personal, sick leave, and even volunteer hours into one flexible program, allowing teammates to take time away when it matters most. PTO begins accruing immediately upon hire for every compensated hour worked, ensuring that benefits are available from day one. To recognize and reward long-term commitment, accrual rates automatically increase after five and ten years of service. Both full-time and part-time employees are eligible to earn and use PTO, reinforcing our commitment to flexibility and support at every stage of your career.
