Director of Project Management Office (PMO)
Eric Kibarian joined Vision in 2024. As the Director of PMO, Eric is responsible for the strategy and execution of project management across the company’s Critical Infrastructure, Public, Commercial and Healthcare sectors. With 14 years of experience leading PM teams, he specialized in building governance that teams welcome, with clear plans, simple checkpoints, and visible ownership. His focus areas include portfolio transparency, schedule quality, cost and margin forecasting, and risk management that leads to action.
As the liaison between sector teams and enterprise functions, he aligns Operations, Finance, Accounting, and Sales to turn sector and business needs into shared processes and clean handoffs. He partners with the Technology and Business Intelligence teams to translate feedback into practical updates that raise adoption and reduce noise.
Before joining Vision, his career at NWN Carousel started as a Project Manager through progressively senior roles to Director of Project Management. The experience mentoring 80+ project managers strengthened his focus on clear process, reliable delivery, and the development of strong project teams.
