On average, 20 veterans tragically die by suicide every day in the United States. K9s For Warriors is the nation’s largest provider of highly-trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and/or military sexual trauma. In recognition of the bravery and sacrifice of our nation’s heroes, Vision Technologies (Vision), a Maryland based national commercial and federal systems integrator, is proud to sponsor a K9s For Warriors Service Dog named after the late Medal of Honor recipient Sergeant First Class Jared C. Monti for his sacrifice to the nation and his connection to Vision Senior Vice President of Operations Allison Campitelli.
The press, the community, and employees are encouraged to join Vision for a touching livestream tribute to the incredible sacrifice Sergeant First Class Jared C. Monti made, how Vision is honoring his legacy, and pay tribute to our nation’s heroes and the courageous animals who stand by their side in honor of Military Appreciation Month and Memorial Day. This event will be held online by invitation through Microsoft Teams or live public stream on Facebook.com/VisionTechnologiesInc on May 25 at noon.
The program will include remarks from representatives of Vision and K9s For Warriors with a special unveiling of Monti the dog, now in training with K9s For Warriors.
