Today alone, 4,828 people in the United States will be diagnosed with cancer. There are very few people who have not been impacted by cancer in some way. Perhaps cancer has impacted you or someone close to you physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, or spiritually. You could be a cancer patient or survivor, a caregiver, a friend or family member.
As a part of our ‘Making Giving Reality’ campaign, join Vision Technologies, Inc. as we take the days of public thanksgiving and prayer traditions a step further with our very first Trek for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).
Become a sponsor and help us meet our goal of $18,000 as we sponsor a trek around the Liberty Reservoir and mobilize our teammates across the country to raise money for their own treks as we fight together.

The Inside Trek: Supporting LLS
As a part of our ‘Making Giving Reality’ campaign, join Vision Technologies, Inc. as we take the days of public thanksgiving and prayer traditions a step further with our very first Liberty Trek for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
How many steps you might ask? Throughout this week our 550+ teammates from around the country are walking/hiking/running/biking/kayaking for LLS, along with our friends and family and customers and business partners. And on November 23rd, our very own executive, Demian Seeley, will be running, kayaking, and biking 50 miles in our LLS Liberty Trek.
Liberty Reservoir is a 3,100 acre reservoir that sits on the former site of the town of Oakland Mill and the Melville Woolen Mills. The North Branch of the Patapsco River is the primary tributary that feeds the reservoir. Other tributaries include Beaver Run, Keyer's Run, Prugh Run, Morgan Run, Middle Run, Locust Run, and Cooks Branch. The reservoir length is 11 mi with a shoreline length at full pool of 81 miles. The average depth is 59 ft with a maximum depth of 144 ft. The reservoir is open to a vast array of activities. Patrons can bike, boat, hike, fish, birdwatch, and relax. This beautiful reservoir is the perfect the backdrop for our LLS Liberty Trek.
While Demian traverses the Liberty Reservoir, he will be joined by a number of teammates for various legs of the Trek and the rest of us are supporting the cause by sponsoring him and mobilizing our teammates across the country to raise money for their own treks. Whether you wish to trek with us or participate as a silent donor, please join us as we remain steadfast in our commitment to the LLS mission.
Join Demian Seeley or walk on your own.
