Drew Sherman
President

Drew Sherman joined Vision Technologies in 2025 as President. In his role as President, Drew leads the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence. Drew brings over 26 years of extensive leadership experience across a range of industries, including Military, Construction, Facilities Management, and Mechanical and Electrical Service and Maintenance. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President for the ABM Mission Critical business unit, specializing in data center maintenance, UPS, batteries, and high voltage electrical power. His past experience includes overseeing critical facility and data center operations for high-profile clients such as the FBI Headquarters and the U.S. Secret Service Headquarters. His construction management experience includes projects with the USACE and NAVFAC, as well as other municipalities, with project values ranging up to $96 million.
A retired U.S. Marine Infantry Officer, Drew served for 22 years and progressed through numerous leadership roles within the Marine Corps and the private sector including the following roles: Team Leader, Platoon Commander, Task Force Commander, Company Executive Officer, Company Commander, Battalion Operations Officer, Battalion Executive Officer, Project Engineer, QC Manager, Project Foreman, Project Manager, General Manager, Director of Operations, Regional Vice President, Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President. He has a Ph.D. in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change, as well as a Master of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics. Drew is also a Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds certifications in Advanced and Executive Leadership from the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Demian Seeley
Executive Vice President, Corporate Services

Demian joined Vision Technologies in 2002. In his role as Executive Vice President of Corporate Services, Demian works with the executive leadership team to drive performance across the company. He also oversees the company’s strategic initiatives and works with his team to maintain all business intelligence and actionable data needed to run Vision Technologies. Prior to this role, Demian also served Vision as SVP Project Management Office, and was VP of Mobility and VP of Global Services, having full P&L responsibilities for both.
Prior to Vision, Demian served in various capacities including manager of new service line development from planning to product launch, capture and pre-sales manager, and project manager for a network architectures consulting group. Demian is a leader with over 25 years of wide-ranging experience in identifying and delivering solutions for organizational, management, and technical problems. He holds an MS in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University Carey School of Business and a BS in Telecommunications Engineering from Capitol Technology University. He is also PMI Project Management Professional-certified.
Jon Phillips
Executive Vice President, Finance

Jon Phillips joined Vision in 2024. As Executive Vice President of Finance, Jon oversees all aspects of Vision’s financial operations, driving financial performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring sound fiscal management. He has an extensive background in finance and accounting with a proven track record in strategic financial management.
Jon has an extensive background in finance and accounting with a proven track record in strategic financial management. He has spent over 17 years in various leadership roles within the finance industry, including JLG Industries, Gulf Stream Aerospace, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. His expertise in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting will be instrumental in guiding our company through its next phase of growth and development. His experience includes leading comprehensive operational and technical finance and accounting teams for a $3 billion manufacturer’s global operations. In his most recent role, Jon was Vice President of Finance for leading architectural millwork firm, Washington Woodworking.
Patrick Herwig
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Patrick Herwig joined Vision in 2023. As the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Patrick oversees the sales and marketing division and drives organizational impacts through the execution of profitable and scalable growth strategies. In his previous role as Vice President of Professional Services, Patrick was responsible for managing operations and growth of Vision’s Federal Government and State, Local, Education (SLED) clients and teammates.
Prior to joining Vision, Patrick served as a general manager for JACS Solutions, where he was responsible for driving new business in the U.S. Public Sector markets for custom IoT solutions. Previously, he also served as the general manager for Iron Bow Technologies’ federal civilian business unit, which sold and deployed IT solutions and services to all federal civilian agencies. His areas of expertise include working with clients and project teams to determine the best technology solutions, and consistently driving growth and profitability.
Patrick has over 25 years of experience in the information technology realm and has held a diverse range of roles that include servicing public sector customers, software and hardware solution sales, channel development, and team development. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from James Madison University.
Jackie Green
Vice President, Human Resources

Jackie is the Vice President of Human Resources, with 26+ years of experience in all aspects of human resources, the last 12 of those years with Vision Technologies. In addition, she serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO), responsible for establishing and maintaining Visions facility clearance and the security clearances and requirements associated with it. She has notable experience in federal and state law compliance, employee relations, policy and cultural development, benefits administration, and employee wellness and safety.
As a human resources professional, she knows that she carries with her the responsibility of impacting culture with her actions, and emulating the company’s core values and culture of customer service. She leads the daily operations of human resources with passion and purpose, always striving to align human resource initiatives and best practices with corporate goals and values.
She got into HR after being in education, because she has a passion for the company’s greatest asset – their people, and the role that they play in the business success. She believes in people and their potential and works closely with management and employees to create a workplace where they can thrive, add value and be valued.
Katie Turner
Vice President, Enterprise Enablement

Katie Turner is Vice President, Enterprise Enablement at Vision Technologies.
Katie joined Vision in 2023. As the Vice President of Enterprise Enablement she is responsible for leading the Project Management Office, Systems, and IT teams to ensure systems, data, and change management move together.
In her prior role as Chief of Staff, Katie supported the executive leadership team by driving operational efficiencies, cross-functional collaboration, and executing high priority initiatives. Katie originally joined Vision as a Senior Project Manager where she oversaw the go-live implementation of Vision’s ERP software.
Prior to joining Vision, Katie held various global leadership roles in operations, supply chain, and customer service at Under Armour and most recently Amazon Web Services. In these roles she was known for driving operational excellence, process improvement, and people development.
Katie is an agile, empathetic leader who has been able to add value and earn trust across various customers, teams, roles, and industries. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration from Towson University and University of Baltimore, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The American University. A lifelong athlete, she remains an active member in her rugby club as a coach and board member.
Jesse Wiggington
Senior Vice President, Field Operations

Jesse Wiggington joined Vision in 2018. He now leads Vision’s new Centralized Field Delivery team as the Senior Vice President of Centralized Field Operations, bringing together technical operations of all technologies across Vision. In his previous role as VP of Corporate Project Management Office (PMO), Jesse created an environment that enables a world-class experience through the management of programs and projects in order to drive consistent and predictable delivery. Under his direction, the Corporate PMO provided program/project structure, analysis, support and governance through tools, teammate development, governance, program reviews, process improvement, and adoption of best practices, all of which focus on the expected financial results.
In his prior role as the VP of Special Projects, Jesse was responsible for creating, implementing, and assisting in the growth and transition of the company. He oversaw the strategic approach to solving some of the company’s most complex initiatives and ensured these initiatives were successful. Prior to this role, Jesse also served Vision as the Vice President, Director of Project Management, Southeast Operations Manager, and Pre-sales Engineer for the Data Center team.
Prior to Vision, Jesse served as a Chief Estimator, Pre-sales Engineer, and Project Manager at other large low voltage integration companies. In these roles he was responsible for managing teammates, overseeing pre-sales budgets and delivering projects on budget and with a World Class Customer Experience.
Jesse is a high impact technology professional with over 19 years of experience. He has a track record of success and experience with delivering successful experiences for both his internal teammates and customers alike. Jesse holds a BA from Webber International University.
Jon Lyman
Senior Vice President, Critical Infrastructure Sector

Jon Lyman joined Vision in 2023. As Senior Vice President of the Critical Infrastructure Sector, Jon is responsible for leading success across all technology portfolios for critical infrastructure clients, including data centers. Jon initially joined Vision as the Southeast Regional Director of Data Centers before quickly advancing to Vice President of Data Centers. In this role, he oversaw the day-to-day duties and operations of the Data Center Practice. Jon continues to ensure the seamless delivery of critical infrastructure and data center services, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and the provision of solutions for all customer needs.
Prior to joining Vision, Jon served as a Eastern Regional Division Manager and the Atlanta, GA Branch Manager at IES Communications. Prior to IES Communications, Jon worked at Siemens Industry, Inc, where he served a number of roles implementing organizational changes to build team to drive market expansion and leading branch management including $15M in P&L performance, service operations, construction, solutions and sales. Prior to Siemens, Jon was a Naval Flight Officer on the P-3 Orion and the S-3 Viking aircraft platforms.
Jon has over 13 years of experience in IT management and operations, with a concentration in data center services. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts from California St. University Fullerton, and a Master of Business Administration from California St. University Channel Islands.
Kevin Opeth
Senior Vice President, Public Sector

Kevin joined Vision in 2015. As Senior Vice President of the Public Sector, Kevin is responsible for leading success across all technology portfolios for public sector clients, including Federal, State, and Local Governments and Higher Education (FED/SLED). Kevin’s extensive experience successfully delivering large-scale projects for FED/SLED clients and his knowledge of government programs makes him ideally suited to lead this important sector of our business. In his prior role as Vice President of Audio-Visual and Security, Kevin led the combined audio-visual and security practice in all aspects including sales, channel, strategy, estimating, delivery, integration and service support. Kevin originally began at Vision as a talented Design Engineer before progressing to Technical Operations Manager before becoming Vice President.
Kevin contributed to the success of some of Vision’s largest audio-visual projects to date. He established the technical operations department which included a dedicated quality assurance program with successful results.
Kevin has industry experience in consultative technology design, problem solving, management and leadership. He has various technical certifications and experience in the audio-visual field.
Scott Mayberry
Senior Vice President, Commercial and Healthcare Sectors

Scott joined Vision in 2018. As Senior Vice President of the Commercial and Healthcare Sectors, Scott is responsible for leading success across all technology portfolios with commercial and healthcare clients. He joins this role having served as Vision’s Vice President of Enterprise Structured Cabling Practice where he led the cabling infrastructure team supporting all markets across the US. Scott also previously served as Vice President of the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO), where he was responsible for the delivery, financial analysis, standardization, and overall governance of Vision’s extensive project portfolio. In every role, Scott drives consistent and predictable delivery through the implementation and oversight of Project Management best practices. Prior to leading the PMO, Scott served as the Director of Operations for Vision’s Mobility Practice. In this capacity, he led the project management and engineering operations for DAS and networking solutions.
Before joining Vision, Scott served in multiple senior-level roles providing strategic and operational leadership within the technology and telecommunications market. He is an established and driven business leader with over 18 years of directing and motivating highly productive teams. Scott holds an MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s University, a Master of Science in Project Management from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Salisbury University. Additionally, he possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM) certification, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
