Becky Morales
Controller
Becky Morales joined Vision in 2025. As Controller, she leads a team of 15 and oversees the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and corporate accounting. Beyond closing the books and managing routine activities, Becky engages with external partners for audit and tax matters and collaborates internally with peers to support various strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining Vision, Becky spent over 15 years working for private equity-backed organizations across a range of industries, with approximately 10 of those years in Controller or Director of Accounting roles. Her experience is rooted in multi-entity, multi-unit decentralized operations, and she brings extensive buy-side M&A expertise. Becky has a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency—skills that are essential to supporting Vision’s growth and optimizing its recently implemented ERP system.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from UMGC and a Master’s in Accounting and Business Advisory Services from the University of Baltimore/Towson University. Becky has been a licensed CPA in the State of Maryland since 2015.
