Randy Gleit
Vice President of Sales
Randy Gleit joined the Vision team in July 2024 as Vice President of Sales. Randy helps drive growth and strategy of the Critical Infrastructure and Commercial teams.
Prior to joining Vision, Randy served as the Area Sales Manager, Security for Johnson Controls, where he was responsible for driving growth for the security sales teams in NJ, PA, DE, MD and Northern VA. Randy’s teams finished first nationally in 2019. Previously, he served as Commercial Sales Manager for the local district teams selling security and fire protection in Baltimore and Delaware, where his teams won the coveted Eagle Award as the #1 team in 2012, leading the way in project and services sales.
Randy has over 35 years in sales and technology, working with global companies such as Heidelberg USA in the printing industry, as well as ADT, and Tyco Integrated Security, working with enterprise and local customers, regional and local team development, driving strategy, growth, and successful integration.
Randy has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The American University in Washington, D.C.
