Vision Veterans Lead the Charge: Honoring Heroes with Wreaths Across America

At Vision Technologies, we believe in giving back, especially to those who have given so much. That’s why our Vision Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG) is proud to take the lead in volunteering with Wreaths Across America this December.

Wreaths Across America’s mission to “Remember, Honor, Teach” resonates deeply with our veterans. For them, it’s not just about placing wreaths on graves. It’s about ensuring that the sacrifices of our fallen heroes are never forgotten. It’s about teaching the next generation the true meaning of service and sacrifice.

This year on December 15 and 16, the Vision Veterans ERG is spearheading wreath laying initiatives across the country in more than 11 cemeteries alongside Vision teammates, friends, and family. We are proud that this year’s initiatives led by Vision Veterans will expand past teammate involvement by more than three-fold. Company culture is very important to us, and core to our culture is giving back to our communities and charity…

About 10% of Vision Technologies are Veterans. The Veterans Employee Resource Group is tied to our mission of having camaraderie and a venue to talk and share, but we are also doing everything we can to support charity as well… So to end the year strong we said let’s support Wreaths Across America. It’s something we can do all across America with our families and our friends.

…I think [Wreaths Across America] is going to become a fabric of our company when it comes to Making Giving a Reality. It bridges gaps between generations and means something unique to each and every one of us and our families as we support this effort.

Our impact goes beyond numbers. We’re fostering a culture of remembrance and service within Vision. We’re creating a space where veterans feel supported and valued, not just on Veterans Day, but every day. Together, we can ensure that no veteran is ever forgotten.
