Installing Structured Cabling for Johns Hopkins Hospital

Johns Hopkins needed a structured cabling solution in support of voice, data and MATV for its 1.5 million square foot clinical building.  Across the structure, Vision installed over 10,000 pairs of Category-3 cabling in support of voice, 1,100+ strands of multi-mode fiber, and 1,600+ strands of single-mode fiber. In addition to these, Vision installed Cat 5e and coax to complete the installation. Altogether, Vision installed upwards of 20,000 cables and termination points in support of the facility.

Vision is uniquely capable of integrating structured cabling, security, audio-visual, wireless and professional services.  Healthcare customers like Hopkins, recognize that fact and leverage it to deliver better services to their staff and patients.
