Vision Technologies Recognized as a USA Today Top Workplace for 2026

April 9, 2026

We are honored to announce that Vision Technologies has been named a Top Workplace for 2026 by USA Today!

The sixth annual national survey, a collaboration between Energage and USA TODAY, recognizes midsize and large organizations with at least 150 employees that are exceeding national benchmarks for employee satisfaction. This national recognition by USA TODAY comes on the heels of our 2025 Baltimore Sun Top Workplace award. As we continue to grow, this award serves as a powerful testament to the collaborative, high-performing culture we are building together.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it is based entirely on confidential employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey process administered by Energage, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, from feeling respected and supported to being empowered to execute and enabled to grow.

At Vision Technologies, we understand that our people are our greatest asset. Earning a spot on the national Top Workplaces list reaffirms our commitment to fostering an environment where every individual can thrive both personally and professionally.

“This national recognition is a testament to the culture we are building together,” remarked Drew Sherman, President of Vision Technologies. “I am incredibly proud of our team for their dedication and for actively shaping a culture that makes Vision a truly great place to work. We look forward to continuing to innovate our programs and support our teammates as we move forward.”
