In support of the GSA NS2020 program office, Vision resources identify operational inefficiencies and gaps, identify the tools and processes needed to address current and future operational issues and execute program office operational tasks, develop and implement IT, process and standards solutions for the program. Vision assists the GSA in identifying government agency inventory for the transition of telecommunications services from expiring contracts to the new EIS contracts on the NS202 program. Vision resources also identified and implemented methodologies to capture and present additional service inventory components and features to ensure complete service transitions and program success.
